How do I forward mail to my Hotmail/Yahoo/Etc address?

If you prefer not to store your mail on our servers and would instead like to forward it on to an external address (or indeed forward it to a different internal account) - this can be done via the use of mail forwarders.

  • Log into the control panel
  • Click the Domains icon
  • Select the relevant domain
  • Click the Email Forwarding icon
  • Click the Add New button
  • Enter the address at your domain you wish to set up, along with the destination email address (such as you@hotmail.com)
  • Click the Save button
