When I send an email through my mail client, why does an error always occur?

There are usually two main reasons why an outgoing mail error will occur:
  1. You haven't enabled SMTP Authentication (What settings should I use in my email client?)
  2. Your ISP is blocking port 25 access (My ISP blocks outgoing port 25 (SMTP), what can I do?)

If neither of these solutions work, please email us a copy of the error your email client is reporting and we will assist you further.
