Returns the list of personalization tags
Request Parameters
- APIKey = {string} (required)
- The API key you are using to authenticate the access.
- Command = {Email.PersonalizationTags} (required)

- ListID = {integer | array} (required)
- If the Scope is 'Subscriber', list ID must be provided. It can be an integer single list ID or multiple list IDs in array
- Scope = {array} (required)
- Types of tags to return. Possible array values: 'Subscriber', 'CampaignLinks', 'OptLinks', 'ListLinks', 'AllLinks', 'User'

- States if there is an error or not

- If there is an error, error's code
