Firstly, make sure they are enabled in your control panel:
You will then see very basic bandwidth graphs which are automatically set up on each domain, however to enable either of the packages mentioned above, you will need to click the Enable or Install button which is located in the Advanced Statistics panel.
AW Stats -Â Can be accessed by appending stats. to your domain name - e.g. stats.example.com
Urchin - Urchin statistics are accessed by loggin into the Urchin Server at http://urchin.inetfx.net and entering your username and password
