After you have logged into the control panel, to the far left you will see a Resource Table which lists both your bandwidth and disk space used.
If you would like more detailed bandwidth details, you can either check via your statistics package, or by going to the Statistics menu which gives you a month worth of bandwidth usage in an easy to understand graph.
